| 25 single irradiations of 1.8 Gy each, 5 irradiations/week with breaks on weekends up to a total radiation dose of 45 Gy. The MASCC/ESMO guideline 2016 recommends the administration of a 5-HT3 antagonist and optionally dexamethasone for antiemesis during irradiation of the upper abdomen. |
