Radiotherapy: Definitive radiochemotherapy (total dose 72 Gy) for Head and Neck Tumors
1.8 Gy/day, on day 1-40 on 5 days/week up to the total dose of 54 Gy, from the 4th week on day 25-40 administration of a reduced dose of 1.5 Gy/day as a boost at intervals of at least 6 hours (total dose 18 Gy).
