Radiotherapy: simultaneous Radiation
Stage I-II: Total dose 45Gy divided into single doses a 1.8 Gy per day on 5 days of the week for 5 weeks, followed by a boost a 14.4 Gy. Regions: Nasopharynx and cervical lymph nodes Stage III-IV: Total dose 45Gy divided into single doses a 1.8 Gy per day on 5 days of the week for 5 weeks, followed by a boost a 14.4 Gy. Regions: Nasopharynx and regional lymph nodes, incl. jugular and supraclavicular regions Patients in complete remission after chemotherapy received only 9 Gy as boost.
