| Beginning with day 1 of chemotherapy, 2.0 Gy 5 days per week up to a total dose of 70-74 Gy over 7 weeks. The dose with which uninvolved lymph nodes were irradiated was at least 50 Gy. Involved lymph nodes were irradiated with 60-74 Gy. |
